Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10–12 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will enter processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

The carrier used for your shipment will depend on the destination and available shipping services.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Any international shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible and you must follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and product immediately.
- Contact us as soon as possible.
- Include your order number and supporting photos.
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
